BC’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner has released a hate speech guide to help people in B.C. better understand hate speech and their rights and responsibilities under the law.
Educating British Columbians about hate and how to tackle it is part of the BCOHRC’s mandate to address the root causes of inequality, discrimination and injustice in our province.
