We are passionate community-based organizers who believe in collaborative, multifaceted approaches to addressing complex issues. Our mandate is to address and counter racism and oppression in all its forms, including the interpersonal, social, structural, and systemic levels at which it manifests. We believe that all forms of racism and hate are inter-related and mutually reinforce each other. As such, our responses to these issues must be grounded in a clear understanding of intersectionality and all the different ‘isms’ (ie. racism, sexism, heterosexism, ableism, etc.) that function together to produce ideologies of hate.
