The South Okanagan Immigrant and Community Services (SOICS) is a one-stop shop that provides a range of free services to all immigrants, temporary foreign workers, post-secondary international students, and refugees. We manage Settlement, Language Instruction for Newcomers (LINC), and Local Immigration Partnership (LIP) programming. SOICS has been achieving newcomer integration and community diversity and inclusion outcomes in the South Okanagan-Similkameen region for over 42 years.
