End Racism and Hate: Your Right. Your Responsibility.

Make a Human Rights Complaint

The BC’s Human Rights Code protects the rights of British Columbians to equal treatment when it comes to employment, housing, services or publications.

If your rights have been violated and you want to make a complaint, the BC Human Rights Tribunal may provide an avenue for addressing this violation.

Connect with the BC Human Rights Clinic if you need assistance with your BC Human Rights Tribunal complaint.

The BC’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner identifies and recommends action to address systemic inequality, discrimination and injustice in BC. Learn more about their work by visiting their site here.
